SPK tarafından yapılan açıklamada, 52 internet sitesinde; Türkiye’de ikamet eden bireyler için internet üzerinden yurtdışında kaldıraçlı işlemlerin yapıldığının belirlendiğini açıkladı.
Açıklamada, adresi paylaşılan internet sitelerine erişimin engellenmesi amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu’nun 99.
Dördüncü fıkra uyarınca gerekli yasal işlemlerin yürütülmesine karar verildiği belirtildi.
